What’s included in the Signature Detail package?Our Signature Detail combines a deep interior clean with a full exterior wash and spray wax. It’s the perfect balance of both worlds. Specific Services Included: Exterior: - Pre-Wash - Rim & Tire Hand Wash - Iron Decontamination - Foam Bath - Clay Bar Treatment - Hand Dry Interior: - Vacuum - Blow out - Carpet Shampooing - Steam Seats, Plastics, Leathers, Carpets, Floor Mats - Leather Conditioning/Protectant (If Necessary) - Interior Dressing

How long does a detail take?Depending on the service, it typically takes 1:30–4 hours. Larger vehicles or add-ons may require extra time.

Do you come to me, or do I have to bring my car in?We’re fully mobile — we come to your home, work, or wherever your vehicle is parked!

Do I need to provide water or electricity?Nope! We’re fully equipped with our own water tank and power source!

Do I need to be home during the appointment?Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle and what you want specifically, then you don’t need to be there.

What do I need to do before my appointment?Just make sure your vehicle is unlocked and all personal belongings are removed. We do the rest!

What is your cancellation policy?We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee of 10% of your service cost.

Do you offer same-day or next-day appointments?We try to accommodate urgent requests, but same-day availability is limited. We will also charge a small fee for same-day requests. Booking in advance is best!

How much does it cost?Prices vary by service and vehicle size. You can see all prices when booking or on our site. We also offer occasional promotions — follow us on social media!

How can I pay?We accept cash, card, check, Zelle, and Apple Pay — whatever works for you.

Will all stains or scratches be removed?We do our best to restore your vehicle, but some deep stains, odors, or scratches may require additional treatments or multiple sessions. SOME SCRATCHES DO NOT COME OUT!

Do you offer any guarantee?Yes! If you’re not happy with the results, we’ll come back and make it right — no questions asked.
